Returns Policy
At ProBead, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy, our returns process is straightforward.

Eligibility – You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
 - Non-returnable items – Custom-made, bespoke, or special-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
 - Faulty or damaged goods – If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
 - How to return – Please contact our support team before sending any items back. You will be provided with return instructions and, where applicable, a returns reference number. You will need to cover the return shipping cost. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds – Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
 - 
Re-stock fee – a restocking / handling fee of 25% will be applied to any returned goods.
